March 2019 proved to be a busy month for Team OSP — aside from having our hands full with our ‘day jobs’, we also underwent our annual ISO 9001 audit.
For those not in the know, ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised quality management system. The standard for gaining the certification is based on the principles of maintaining strong customer focus and continual improvement in processes — traits that are very close to OSP’s heart! It's also about checking that our systems and procedures work effectively and efficiently, ensuring that our clients receive a consistently high level of service.
We're happy to report that we passed our ISO 9001: 2015 re-accreditation with flying colours, taking us to thirteen years of being certified!
