What is Quality?
The Oxford Dictionary defines quality as "the totality of the features and characteristics of a product or service that bear on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs". Here at OSP, we believe that quality is such an important attribute that it’s one of our six key values — underpinning everything we do.
So, what does Quality mean to OSP?
Quality Management – our robust Quality Management System (QMS) ensures we have the processes and procedures in place to maintain a consistently high quality of service. In addition, our QMS covers other activities such as staff training and competence, engaging with customers, setting quality goals and objectives, risk-based thinking and continual improvement. OSP is proud to have maintained the BSI ISO9001 accreditation for 18 years (and counting!).
Quality Assurance (QA) – our processes and activities ensure our QMS is effective and consistent. We maintain an annual schedule of internal quality audits and assessments to evaluate the performance of our QMS.
Quality Control (QC) – Before any deliverable leaves our studio, each asset goes through several QC checks to ensure that it meets the required standard and fulfils the client’s brief. Time is budgeted against every client project to allow for rigorous QC checks.
Customer Satisfaction – when it comes to customer satisfaction, quality is the name of the game. Providing a high-quality service means that we not only meet but often exceed our customers’ expectations —creating trusted and lasting relationships which typically span many years.
Quality Culture – Everyone at OSP, from owner to frontline team member, is committed to delivering first-class results. Our culture goes beyond following established procedures and standards; encompassing a proactive approach where everyone takes responsibility for the quality of their work and strives for excellence.
A boutique agency with services ranging from exhibitions to video production, eLearning to podcasts and much, much more, the OSP team never compromises on quality. View our websites www.helloosp.com and www.OSP-exhibitions.com for more information on our services.
